  • Receiving and Storage

    When the products ordered by the manufacturer arrive at the warehouse, we check the quantity, inspect them, process the arrival, and then reflect them in the warehouse management system (WMS). Because the system is managed in the cloud, it is possible to check the inventory online at any time.

  • Picking and packaging

    Online shop orders are automatically imported at regular intervals (every 10 minutes when connected via API). Since we ship orders as they come in, there is no risk of errors in the order information or shipping slips, or of sending the wrong items to the wrong address, and we can ensure that all orders are shipped without fail.

  • Shipping arrangements and shipping

    We arrange shipping with either Japan Post, Sagawa Express, Yamato Transport, and Seino Transport, depending on your needs, and process the shipment. Orders placed by 2pm will be shipped the same day, so we can handle same-day delivery, Prime, and Asu-tsuku.
